We need to talk about 2013

I don't really write about the small site changes, but three 2-episode series have been given their own sections. I think these are justified.

Eventually we need to talk about the 2013 redesign that's been in place for a decade. Major changes need to happen here. There's no need to continue support for Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.6. There's no need to continue with XML formatting. Very few of the design and compatibility concerns of the time are applicable today. The design was also experimenting with a mixture of glass, clay and flat design. These don't all play well togther. I think changes will have to be incrimental instead of all at once. In the meantime, content is most important, and more and more files are converted for HTML5 and even some older conversions are now converted again in HD.
