A make-your-own custom juice store. You select the ingredients by clicking the vegetables. Get an animation fill bubble for each one. Choose size, amount, and the delivery or pickup method. Then with everything on a confirmation screen, checkout with your PayPal or credit card.
I definitely overused the animation effects in the header to impress.
The site was complete and operational. The partner was using his uncle-in-law investor for more and more funds for the delivery logistics. Free cell phone, free car, etc. Eventually he ran off with the money when he knew his sister was divorcing the investor.
The investor did not pay attention to his business. Only wasted time with multiple launch parties, but insisted he could not be involved with any of the operations—opening himself to getting scammed.
Situations like these are why I am extra picky with clients today. Get your business in order.
