This is a remake of Zale Newman’s Canadian and Israeli investment site, and made right as Lev TO Lev was finishing up.

I was brought on board to update the Bond Street Mercantile site seasonally, and ended up remaking the site with a similar feel to the original version.

I found that the original version was based on a free template, and contained a lot of JavaScript calculations hardcoded into the elements. So simply adding and removing partner logos required recalculations on all the elements. There were some sloppy coding problems as well as images that seemed to be free-transformed giving weird ratios.

My goal then was to remake the site in a way that can easily be updated in the future by any developer.

Most of the features like the image slider could be remade without requiring JQuery, and this new version is mobile compatible with swipe controls unlike the old, but almost identical one.
