[PDF-XChange Viewer] PDF-XChange Viewer is a more full-featured alternative PDF viewer. It has the advantage of allowing the user to add text on top of the PDF documents. This would be useful for PDF files that need information filled out, but are not preperly formatted for such editing.

Like Sumatra PDF, PDF-XChange Viewer also has a single-file portable version for USB drives.
