Interior of 2001 Honda Civic Sedan. Taken inside of the car at what looks like 5 kilometers per hour. The blurry effect may simply be the unsteadyness and long shutter speed of the camera with no flash. This is the very beginning of the infamous Pirates of Lake Ontario mission.
